HMM Homes will be right-sized, prefabricated, sustainable, and affordable to middle-income families. They will be built near jobs, transportation, culture, and community. And they will provide people with an opportunity to live fulfilling and abundant lives while helping to make our planet a healthy place to live.
Our building strategies will include the following benefits to home buyers:

- Reduce construction costs by building smaller units
- Increase product quality control by prefabricating the home in a clean, remote facility
- Reduce construction time by concurrently performing grading, utility, and foundation work at the site while the home is being manufactured
